Estate work in the Rio Secco enclaves and hillside custom homes.
Seven Hills spreads across the lower McCullough slopes around the Rio Secco Golf Club, and its most substantial homes sit in the gated enclaves along the course — semi-custom and custom estates from the 1990s and 2000s with dramatic double-height entries, tall stairwell walls, and formal rooms finished expensively in the Tuscan taste of the day. Repainting those interiors well is partly an access problem (proper interior scaffold for twenty-foot walls, not a leaning ladder) and partly a prep problem, because the era's faux finishes and glazes need to be sanded and primed out honestly before today's calmer palettes go on.
The two-story great rooms here are where our feature-ceiling and two-tone experience earns its keep: a grounded treatment keeps all that vertical drywall from reading as blank, and the dividing lines get set with lasers and cut by hand at height.
Exteriors in the gated Seven Hills enclaves answer to community review, and many of the homes' south-facing stucco elevations have taken twenty-plus years of high-desert sun. We scope crack repair and elevation-specific coatings up front, and handle color documentation for the association where an owner wants a scheme change rather than a match.
Tell us about the home and the finishes involved — we'll coordinate the rest.
